Kiochamgaa Childrens Home

Our Supporters

Mester Gronn & Omniflora

When the Directors of Mester Gronn and Omniflora visited the little cottage that originally housed Stella, her family and the 45 children their hearts where touched to such an extent that they became the major benefactors in creating better circumstances for the children.

Mester Gronn generously bought the land that Kipchamgaa is built on and the management and staff's very generous support has sustained the home and the children to date. The staff generously give their christmas present as contribution to the home.

Omniflora then made the building of the home possible as they generously donated a major portion of the funding for the building.

The day these men visited our very humble little home they changed our lives and paved the way to a better future. The children of today and tomorrow THANK YOU!

At the time of the new homes conception, Finlays were the parent company of Omniflora and therefore a major contributor to bringing Kipchamgaa into realisation not only through the Omniflora Mester Gronn Trust, but also through support from their architecture team who designed and provided plans to build the home.

Today they continue to support the home and are always supportive with the day to day needs of the home e.g. new fencing materials when the council destroyed the fence during road repairs, a second hand computer for the office and any small resources that sometimes help to resolve many of the day to day challenges that come with general running, repairs and maintenance of the home.
